💬 Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS: open the App Store → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → Botanly → Cancel. On the web: go to the Profile screen in the app and tap "Manage subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I purchased Premium but the app still shows the free version.
Go to the Profile screen and tap "Restore purchase". If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple ID or the email used during purchase.
The AI couldn't identify my plant. What should I try?
Take a clear, well-lit photo of a single leaf or the whole plant against a plain background. Avoid blurry or dark images. You can also type the plant name manually after the photo analysis step.
I'm not receiving watering reminders.
Check that notifications are enabled in Settings → Botanly on your device. Also verify your watering schedule and quiet hours settings inside the app. Make sure the app has not been force-quit.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email us at support@botanly.tech with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your Botanly account. We will process the request within 30 days.
How many plants can I add?
The free trial includes 1 plant. With a Premium subscription you can add up to 10 plants.

Subscription

Botanly Premium is available as a monthly ($1.99/month) or annual ($21.99/year) subscription. The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing is handled by Apple App Store (iOS) or Stripe (web). We do not store payment details.
